As women's ministry coordinators, we are responsible for setting the vision and overseeing the activities of women's ministry in each congregation and district. Women are a vital part of the God’s ministry in the Church, reaching around the world with a multiplicity of emphases and focuses…including prayer, Bible study, local and world missions, covenant team ministry (providing assistance in benevolence, prison outreach, ministry to both young girls and senior adults, and social issues that affect women.  Women’s Ministries endeavors to create an atmosphere where women can realize spiritual maturity and fellowship, develop their leadership skills, and minister in the local church and their community. Dedicated women are making a significant difference in their community.

As leaders we are encouraged to accept responsibility and encourage spiritual growth, personal development and leadership among women; and to contribute to the general welfare of the home, church, community and world. Our goals for women's ministry is to open the way for lay women to serve in the church. As Coordinators we are responsible for setting and maintaining the vision for women's ministries, overseeing women's ministry activities in our districts, working closely with the women coordinators from each church along with the pastors and his leadership team, keeping them informed about women's ministry.
